有台灣朋友嚟香港,當然帶佢食好嘢啦,今次就揀咗深井燒鵝,我哋就去咗老字號嘅陳記。一坐低我哋就點左半隻燒鵝,講真真係燒得唔錯,熱辣辣,而且冇燒到過火,個皮仲有少少脆,再點埋啲酸梅醬,真係襯到絕呀。芥末沙拉骨,沙拉骨肥瘦適中,用芥未醬去煮,可以增加食慾。豉油王鵝腸,我呢個都係必食推介,鵝腸唔會太肥或者太瘦,而且鵝腸入晒味,認真唔錯。啫啫芥蘭煲,煮得好食都唔係容易架,當然芥蘭一定要新鮮啦。椒鹽魚扣,熱辣辣脆卜卜,送啤酒真係一流。砵酒生蠔煲,隻隻蠔都好新鮮好大隻,而且用砵酒煮,可以更加帶出生蠔嘅鮮味,呢一餐真係唔錯。
