星期日放假。我同男友去左駱駝漆大廈行下街,行行下見到有間急凍食品店,仲有餃子食,一於試試佢。店內大概有20個位,好彩我地入得早,之後就開始多人。餃子有4款口味,仲分左厚皮+薄皮;可以揀用水煮定係煎2種煮法。水煮粟米餃﹙12隻﹚:薄皮真係幾薄,入面粟米同肉既比例大概係一半一半,餡料食落好juicy冇雪味,配上粒粒粟米增加口感,我係點胡麻汁食,都幾好食,不過如果有埋湯飲就更好。生煎白菜拼韭菜餃﹙12隻﹚:煎餃煎到單面金黃色,咁樣可以冇咁熱氣,食落好脆口,入面就係多汁飽滿既肉餡,呢個可以點店家自製既辣椒醬食。食完後覺得好好味,我地買左2盒餃返去,店員仲提我地記得要煮夠7至8分鐘,咁就會岩岩好。
