To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物差，環境差，服務更差！環境太迫，跟本食得不自在，拾枱也拾上拾，食得太趕，比快餐店還要快，想和家人享受及聚多一會也不成。食品方面，味道也不是之前吳師傅的一套，但卻掛著吳師傅的旗號來騙人！如果想做優質私房菜或小菜店的形式，為什麼不能做好些，連一般茶餐廰也不如，一切都和之前的和暢老店是兩回事！職員落單也離譜，明明落了單，到最後不來，也不承認錯處！服務差差差！ 價格多少不是問題，為什麼不能讓人好好的吃一頓飯，但卻趕頭趕命之余，又服務之差等等的讓人三重失望！
