餐廳貼咗唔同嘅雜誌同報紙嘅報導,細心睇睇,原來呢度嘅牛腩係用新鮮嘅騸牯牛呀,係騸牯牛呀,其實姐係咩?我A姐真係唔識!但報導就話呢款牛係肥瘦均勻,肉味香濃!但因為供應唔多,各位想試騸牯牛真係要早啲嚟排隊喇!上湯牛筋腩河都話食麵要先飲湯,呢度嘅牛骨上湯好香濃,好似啜緊成隻牛落肚咁!越飲越多,就快飲哂成碗喇,不過,飲完係會口渴㗎。至於牛腩牛筋份量好多,牛味好香呀。牛腩係切腩,唔算太肥,仲幾腍添;而牛筋仲正,夠爽口好有彈性,應該好多骨膠原呀,M佬唔好同我掙啦! 上湯牛筋腩撈伊麵同一樣嘅牛筋腩,一樣係咁好味!不過,伊麵底有少少失望,雖然彈牙爽口,但伊麵唔夠索汁,好彩靠碗上湯頂一頂,牛味濃郁,好鮮甜!酥炸魚皮一個字講晒,脆呀!咬落去卜卜聲,好香魚味,真係好好吃,個個吃!至於去到食完一刻先失望大發現,原來呢度嘅牛腩係分切腩同坑腩,我哋一直無為意,如果切腩都咁好味,咁坑腩未仲好味?!但今日真係無quota喇,下次約班朋友再嚟啦!
