有事去一轉柴灣,又遇著食晏時候,想喺柴灣食得舒服又有質素保證,我剩係諗到柴門。點咗煎焗西班牙黑毛豬肩肉配紅酒汁 set lunch。之前食咗前菜先(值得一提係餐前麵包都係餐廳自己烘焙),熱辣辣o既食物都係美好的,無論麵包(烘到脆)定係西湯都熱得恰到好處。其實我想食柴門唧法式油封鴨腿,可惜太受歡迎一直緣慳一面,唯有再次先啦。主菜到,隻碟係暖笠笠,原本以為豬肩肉咪又係一塊豬肉,我實在太愛個皮,佢整到好香好脆,好似炭火燒過咁。我一向鍾意食柴肉,唔鍾意食肥,塊豬肩肉有少少肥,但好味,食落爽口,而且夠厚好咬口。可惜因為趕住走,無機會嗌埋點品,下次補番。
