To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日咁啱同媽咪出去觀塘行下，醒起曾經有朋友同我推介過一間川菜嘅餐廳，就即刻問佢係咪呢間餐廳🤣呢間喺觀塘新開嘅樓上川菜餐廳，真正做到色香味俱全！乾鍋田雞用砂鍋盛載保持溫度，煲保溫一流！田雞完全衝擊味蕾及嗅覺，食材索晒啲汁好入味，刺激到一個點！這款川菜味道出色，非常正💯。涼拌魚皮獨特清新，感受到滿滿的骨膠原！兩個字形容，美味。涼拌皮蛋色澤橙黃，吃起來更有咬口。麻辣味道適中～驟眼睇，真係好似一片透明的楓葉，薄得透光是功力的表現，口感相當討好。梅菜扣肉配有多舊饅頭，可以吃到扣肉肉絲的質感，炆得入味肉質不韌不痴牙。大家咁啱經過又想試下川菜可以試下呢間餐廳實會有驚喜😆PS。一嚟到店長就非常熱情，其他服務員亦都非常殷勤有禮，介紹餐廳唔同嘅菜式，值得一讚！
