To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

網上食評好壞參半，估唔到比想像中好。所以有啲嘢真係要自己親身去試。-𠵱間cafe嘅espresso tonic($48)超級凍🥶，解暑一流。佢入口酸爽，咖啡味濃👍，達致微妙平衡，仲有橙皮做點綴，增強清新感覺，好fresh，chill到爆。Cinnamon French toast 法式煎多士（$78)看似少貴，食完無投訴。麵包🍞切開熱到出煙，熱辣辣又軟熟嘅包先加十分，仲有面頭嘅焦脆蜜糖🍯，甜得嚟唔膩，夠香，同個包一拍即合。旁邊嘅幼滑忌廉都做到稱職配角。不得不提嘅係佢嗰個椰子雪糕🍦，夠實淨、椰子味好出、唔過甜，唯一可惜係⋯我仲可以食多球呀🎵最後要讚店員服務態度有禮，親切不擾人，好啱靜靜地休息半天。
