Restaurant: Salaam Namaste Curry House

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日食了一餐驚喜印度菜，真係高手在民間，如果唔係朋友介紹真係唔識黎兼唔會黎，雖然佢在彌敦道咸美頓街直行入去就到，不過太入平時真係無乜機會經過。免費小食的印度胡椒脆餅，點綠色薄荷醬味道唔錯。菠菜燴印度芝士好香菠菜味，另外個印度芝士煙煙un un係幾有趣，呢個點Naam Bread好好食。印度燒烤Tandoori Chicken又估唔到幾嫩口，鐵板上出晒煙熱辣辣，有兩件大雞腿加兩件大雞脾肉，都幾Juicy幾好食。印度Naam烤餅真係即叫即做好新鮮好好食點汁一流。
