To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來九龍城都有地中海菜，而且仲好有特色又好食！我首先叫在一份雞肝同羊肉腸，兩個小食都會配一份麵包。而且仲會有鐵板去保持溫度！用麵包再配搭上佢地嘅醬汁，再配上少少檸檬汁，味道好夾！個人特別鍾意佢地嘅羊肉腸，雖然係羊肉，但幾乎無羊騷味，反而滿滿洋蔥味，個人都幾鐘意～另外我仲叫左蜆，煮得非常之入味，而且份量好大一桶咁多可以食得好爽。當然唔少叫一份煮食我哋叫咗一份蕃茄意粉係全數嘅雖然係全數但係好好食非常之建議大家試吓最後梗係要返一份甜品啦，叫咗一份雪糕外層仲包咗好多嘅果仁粒，味道唔會太甜，連埋果仁一齊食嘅話非常之夾。佢地仲有羊睪丸依啲特色食材！有機會就再試！
