To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因應疫情，最近好鍾意食外賣，而家外賣種類好多元化，今次嚟到尖沙咀呢一間創意日本卷物餐廳，印象超級深刻！😃呢間分店除了食物較為出色，環境很有玩味又可愛，真係想回頭！🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🍀牛油果先生$78👍除咗賣相綠油油好靚，入邊餡料都好豐富！入邊有牛油果、蘆筍、芝士、脆脆墨西哥辣椒！雖然身為食肉獸嘅我，食唔到入邊有肉類，但呢個配搭同埋用料係加分，食落去香得來，帶點點辣味，刺激味蕾，呢一款卷物真係可以食上癮！可以講話係好食過肉～🍀先生巨無霸$89餡料有：鰻魚、炸蝦、蟹棒、芝士、青瓜等等，同樣10分豐富，咬落去都有啖啖肉，真係好似食緊漢堡包咁邪惡！特別鍾意鰻魚嗰陣濃郁，同埋青瓜嗰陣清新，大大件，誠意滿滿10分唔錯！🍀先生炸雞配日式沙律飲品跟餐+$19👍加$19就可以食到，性價比都算幾高，終於明白點解咁多人鍾意叫呢一客先生炸雞，佢個皮唔算係超級脆，炸粉唔厚，食落去冇咁邪惡，但係入邊嘅肉汁係超級豐富，肉質鮮嫩，香氣四溢！加埋酸酸甜甜芥茉漿，冇得輸喎！🍀炸番薯條配日式沙律飲品（半）+$25至於炸番薯條，炸得硬身，口感10分特別；至於味道方面則是有濃郁的番薯味，食得出係真材實料，點茄醬係一
