荃灣西,集團式餐廳林立,今次朋友帶我試吓小店「鮨一」。店內座位不多,勝在坐得幾舒服,服務又不錯!🔸原條池魚刺身:刺身好新鮮、嫩滑彈牙有咬口,配埋薑蓉又另一種風味,仲要擺盤好鬼靚!🔸特上十貫目:壽司拼盤足料又新鮮,特愛海膽、帶子及拖羅壽司,全都鮮甜肥美,帶子及拖羅啖啖肉,海膽入口即化。🔸甲羅燒:蟹蓋裡放滿暖暖的蟹膏及新鮮蛋黃,將蟹膏及蛋黃搽上麵包,鹹鮮味美的蟹膏與焦脆麵包好夾,口感多層次,正!🔸鹽燒三文魚鮫:焦香的三文魚鮫,啖啖肉之餘,肉質嫩滑、多汁、味鮮,調味又適中,完全顯示了廚司控制火候的功力。🔸鱈魚白子:如果不是朋友推介,小編一定唔敢試。鱈魚白子魚味濃郁,質感外層微脆、內creamy,配埋鹹鹹的蟹籽,不錯。🔸鮟鱇魚肝:第一次食魚肝,味道令人驚喜,口感滑順到似食鵝肝,完全唔膻唔腥,同時帶有濃湯的鮮甜,口感又有點似奶油。店員好好,知兩個人食唔倒太多,建議各叫半份鱈魚白子及鮟鱇魚肝,可試多啲嘢外,又唔會浪費食物👍🏻
