銅鑼灣新開張日本菜,原本想試omakase, 但係又想測試水準先,突登book中午試下。店內走時尚簡單風格,空間感強,唔似一般日本餐廳又迫又窄。午餐set menu選擇好多,我揀左精選刺身。waitress小心罷好前菜,我就一路食一路睇師傅表演,估唔到lunch time都咁認真,擺好盤仲逐款介紹,超水準既服務。精選刺身有肥嘟嘟既拖羅、深海鯛魚、銀雪魚、帆立貝、蝦、油甘魚等等。拖羅肥美非常,入口即溶;深海鯛魚當時得令,入口就知道新鮮,輕輕點d醬油提鮮,又係回味無窮。最令人驚喜竟然係個銀雪魚,我見肉身呈奶白色,師傅輕輕燒左表面,入口就不得了,一口魚油香氣,加上肉質鮮嫩,估唔到銀雪魚可以咁好食。我個set仲包湯、白飯同甜品。由於食左肥美拖羅同充滿魚油既銀雪魚,我飽到食唔落飯...但係都飲湯暖下胃。結尾甜品有椰子雪糕,清甜得黎啖啖椰子絲,非常滿足。
