今非昔比大不如前,價錢貴了質素低了,當日壽司吧只有一位師傅,以往$380的午餐也有海膽壽司,但現在$980的午餐才有海膽壽司,當日點了$580的午餐,但食物只是一般,沒有什麼名貴食材,跟以往相比,價錢及食物質素也沒有什麼吸引力了.

藏Kura是我的心水日本餐廳, 近多月來難得在港,心思思約朋友再去食Lunch,忍不住跟大家分享我的小確幸 。 當天到場時才知餐廳裝修有點少變動,將壽司Bar 檯及個別房間分隔了,感覺有更多私人空間。一行兩人選了Bar檯,方便跟廚師交流食物出品,選了中價位的廚師發辦omakase的午市套餐! 首先前菜有驚喜,日式生蠔肥美、兩款魚生拼盤忘了是錭魚或其他,就是鮮甜; 再來熟食的食海螺及八爪魚鮮、還有雜菌濃湯,味蕾開始忙碌;輪到六本壽司,不同魚生都記不住名稱, 仍是一個鮮字, 份量亦剛好, 最後壓軸海膽及吞拿魚手卷, 口感豐富, 很好的收尾。寫不好每道菜如何美味,有相片,自己感受吧!.總結來說, 今次的午餐繼續保持水準, 服務亦到位, 不單食物保持水準, 整個出餐流程令舒服, 不會一味的唱高格調, 值得跟三五知己聚會, 體面及賞心悅目.

Kura 是我常去的日本餐廳,因為喺銅鑼灣交通非常方便,餐廳位於一樓,當打開lift 門入去時,好似去左酒店咁,無論燈光、音樂、氣氛,都睇得出店主是有要求的。今次是同朋友食生日飯,中午的 chef recommendation 性價比非常高。魚生非常新鮮,肉質甜美,擺盆精緻,最後的紫菜手卷,紫菜非常脆,拎上手感覺都唔同😎。另用上多拉A夢的小圓碟,無論男女都鍾意的。店員好細心,特別為朋友準備咗個小小的生日蛋糕,為這餐生日飯畫上完美的句號。

首先食物中規中矩,睇得出出品有心思!可惜服務人員(寄西裝外套)缺乏經過專業訓練,無笑容,講嘢好粗無尾意,問多句都吾想答你一樣,有待加強培訓。缺點是服務員沒有服務熱忱和專業知識。還看到店員大大聲私聊,用餐感受真的完全拉低用餐品質。最後看見我地埋單離開,兩位好好傾的員工亦沒有說聲多謝或再見的話。高級餐廳價錢,茶餐廳服務質素。
