To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日大哥生日,一家人去了他家附近的美心皇宮吃飯, 11:30 去到已有很多人在排隊,立即拿了張6人籌,等候時各人陸續到達, 大哥指這間美心皇宮最特別係有點心車,這可有些驚喜,因以前小時候茶樓是會用點心車,後來可能安全問題吧,或是經濟效益問題吧, 酒樓都轉了食幾多蒸幾多, 以免浪費, 慢慢逐漸改為即叫即製的方式落單, 現在所見最多在大堂設置一個食物檔,可以走到檔前㸃點心。我們等到12:30 多才到我們, 足足等了1小時吧!坐下後即用開水沖洗碗筷以及茶杯,但這間酒樓竟沒有提供一個大碗以盛載沖洗後的開水,問了侍應卻說已沒有了半年了, 最後給了個盤我們倒水!見到點心車在車前放置寫上點心名稱的牌子, 真是童年回憶返哂來!我們坐下不用等落單便可以出去找點心車,又或者等點心車過來,揀選喜歡的點心,即可以吃不用捱餓等,我們叫頭一、二個點心時,張點心卡仍未送上,阿姐送上食物要蓋印,她即時找人開給我們。因為仍是新春期間,所以仲有新春點心, 也因此點心都是正價 。我們叫了XO腸粉、南乳炆豬手, 可能新春期間都有些髮菜, 蒸柚皮,叉燒包雞包仔豉汁蒸魚雲、珍珠雞、豉汁蒸排骨唔肥,鯪魚球,蒜蓉蒸鮮魷,幾款點心都幾

豉汁蒸魚雲、珍珠雞、豉汁蒸排骨唔肥,鯪魚球,蒜蓉蒸鮮魷,幾款點心都幾好,質素不俗,家人特別喜愛蒜蓉蒸鮮魷,要叫多碟! 我們還叫了薑汁雙皮奶, 迷你蛋撻春卷、豬皮蘿蔔都好好味,珍珠雞馬拉糕大致做得不錯!

再來阿媽至愛牛柏葉,  竟然沒有剪到一條過奉上,要叫姐姐剪,又硬又韌,大哥一家不吃牛,我們分了它,最後叫了個雪菜火鴨絲炆米填飽個肚, 個湯粉亦十分不錯, 材料十足, 雪菜清清地。讚!

叫時沒理價錢,吃了那麼多點心,吃完埋單$810!才知大家叫了很多大㸃,平均每人$120,價格算貴!這間美心一如其他酒樓一樣,人手唔夠,服務麻麻,但是那些推點心車的倒是個個笑容滿面地侍客。雖然排隊要等成個鐘,但可以見到久違了的推車點心,令人十分懷緬, 平時經過都怕了條龍, 不敢入, 現在知道後, 覺得也可以一試的!
