今個周末同屋企人去食係元朗新開嘅 Mango Tree Kitchen  泰國菜,好食之餘竟然令我有驚喜。 首先係必叫嘅豬頸肉,本身已經好鍾意食豬頸肉,呢道菜煎得好香口,再配上少少辣嘅醬,作為開胃前菜係一流。連唔食辣嘅屋企人都食得津津有味,實在唔錯!前菜之後就係軟殼蟹沙律,炸到好脆嘅軟殼蟹配上車厘茄同蔬菜絲令道菜惹味得嚟唔會太過油膩。不過值得一提嘅係浸蔬菜絲嘅醬都幾辣,唔食得辣嘅朋友要注意。(屋企人唔食得咁辣,所以我自己一個清晒)之後仲有食泰國菜必叫嘅金邊粉,都炒得好乾身,大蝦都好彈牙,係一道不過不失嘅菜式。值得一提係呢杯鴛鴦同甜品。鴛鴦上面有個奶茶雪糕球,奶茶味好突出,食落口仲有少少粒粒,相信係手作雪糕而唔係就咁買番嚟嘅雪糕球。而主角鴛鴦比例適中,甜度亦適中,用嚟解軟殼蟹沙律嘅辣就啱啱好。至於甜品:椰子雪糕都有比到驚喜我。椰子雪糕亦食得出係手作雪糕,因為有少少椰子粒係入面,甜度適中。雪糕下面仲配有cream同椰子肉,成道菜都好有層次,亦令我一試難忘。成間餐廳環境都好舒適,菜式包含傳統泰國菜之餘亦帶有驚喜,下次去元朗都必定會再去食!
