今次來到位於銅鑼灣永光中心的究極堂,這餐廳不論是銅鑼灣還是炮台山分店都好有人氣,餐廳的食物質素、環境、氣氛都唔錯,仲有VIP包房,好適合一班朋友多人聚餐。👫👭👬🥢🍣究極丼($218),整個丼飯盛載住滿滿的刺身,三文魚、油甘魚、帆立貝、三文魚籽、左口魚邊、海膽、拖羅蓉、牡丹蝦,刺身樣樣有,刺身好新鮮,尤其是食到牡丹蝦真係鮮嫩無比,蝦頭充滿濃香的膏,回味無窮,整碗丼飯絕無偷工減料。刺身食到一半後,撈上餐廳特製的蛋汁在丼飯裡,令味道更提鮮更滑溜。🍚🍣🐟究極海鮮杯($98),整杯海鮮都是由不同頂級的食材堆砌出來,由上層的金箔、魚子、海膽、松葉蟹、拖羅蓉,層層新鮮。食到底層就是蜜柑蒟蒻,又咸食到甜,充滿驚喜。🥂🐟🦀🍊麻婆豆腐炸雞蛋包飯($118),就咁睇個賣相仲以為咖喱炸雞蛋包飯,其實係結合港式男人的浪漫原素麻婆豆腐,豆腐好滑溜,混合了日式咖喱微微的辛辣,炸雞香脆可口,啖啖肉,蛋包飯包住了白飯用黎撈麻婆豆腐味道幾唔錯,創新度算是幾高的料理。🍛🥄避風塘炒枝豆($38),枝豆同樣也是加入港式避風塘的元素,每條枝豆都會食到蒜香脆脆,同少量辣椒的味道,味道比起平時叫枝豆真是昇華了不少。🫛🧄海膽右口魚邊蝦
