To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

驚喜的午餐

今日要去拎番張銀紙,所以出左中環,之後又要幫妹妹朋友去銅鑼灣拎野,所以黎左好耐無去的銅鑼灣了..妹妹原本想食日式放題,點知想打電話時竟然無人聽,最後她唔死心都要去食日本野.由她帶路帶我食啦!妹妹話好幾年無黎過,發現裝修改過....講番正題,午餐都有幾多選擇,由於想食魚生,最後揀左魚身刺身冷烏冬$68.凍飲加2,免加一.餐入面有前菜:中華沙律,正常,唔腥.雪凍D更好            沙律:生菜新鮮,反為個醬雖然多但無乜味道            麵鼓湯:夠熱都唔算稀,OK...            刺身:三文魚,吞拿魚,北寄貝,唔知乜魚每兩片.                   三文魚肥美有光澤,估唔到咁有鮮味,也切得夠厚.                    吞拿魚薄之餘有乜無味道                   北寄貝唔算鮮甜                   唔知乜魚有D腥                               冷烏冬:烏冬算彈牙,份量OK.可惜唔夠凍加冷烏冬汁唔夠鹹味...如喜清淡的會覺不錯,可我愛鹹  覺得差點點啊!

           冷烏冬:烏冬算彈牙,份量OK.可惜唔夠凍加冷烏冬汁唔夠鹹味...如喜清淡的會覺不錯,可我愛鹹  覺得差點點啊!

 服務:店員有禮 ,收野快...絕對值得比貼士.

總括黎講:70元有一個午餐在銅鑼來說算超值呢.有機會再來試下其它食品...
