放工跟老公去西灣河近海邊的餐廳chill下喜歡那邊很清幽吹吹海風芝士焗蠔6隻蠔勁新鮮,很飽滿,芝士白汁很鮮味。其實可以叫生蠔,只係我喜歡食熟的,老公話陪我食焗蠔,想起當年去南澳market都係食焗蠔加泰來尼亞龍蝦沙律原隻龍蝦上碟,而且將蝦身起肉切粒,食起來方便,蝦肉鮮甜,加上蕃茄仔,紫洋蔥,檸檬汁配搭,非常提鮮大扇貝配魷魚墨汁扁意粉意粉幼滑,沾上墨汁很鮮味而香濃,鮮魷魚夠彈牙,扇貝大粒,而且微微焦香,食落很鮮甜。四季芝士薄餅九吋薄餅其實可以三個人分,芝味香濃,餅批甚有咬牙,而且仲要即烘,熱辣辣,加上藍芝士咸香味,忍唔住清碟。肉眼扒配忌廉蘑菇汁喜歡食牛,油脂豐富,肉味濃郁,肉質幼滑,兩邊已煎封,鎖住肉汁,平時食開黑椒汁,今次蘸上蘑菇汁,很香滑。Tiramisu餐廳自家製,喜歡濕潤的感覺,唔算太甜,咖啡味很香,反而酒香清淡,食起來口感奶滑,仲有灑上朱古力,很正。當然少不了要飲下酒chill下Yau很有麥香,mojito 薄荷香很醒神
