To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

驚喜的雲吞面小店

今天和朋友係大角咀打完波，朋友提議食雲吞面，介紹去幫襯翠園。到了店面，仲諗住係超普通的粉麵舖，坐低後，見到個套餐幾抵，$40有一碗麵，一碟菜，一支汽水。落單叫了一碗雲吞粗麵，驚喜來了，當我問有哪些菜時，除了菜心，芥蘭，生菜和川通菜，還可是叫韮菜花和豆苗!!! 於是我便叫了韮菜花 !雲吞麵來了，湯底濃而清，雲吞大大粒，有蝦 ! 這個水準絕對可以與某些連鎖麵店較量較量 ! 另外辣椒油也很辣的，很喜歡呢！要注意麵店星期日休息，免得摸門釘。翠園雲吞麵會成為我的飯堂之一了!
