To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紅燒豆腐: 連條菜都好好味.... 豆腐很滑. 冬菇也出奇地有鑊氣!
六福: 六款小食的拼盤 - 其中的炸豆腐, 藕餅及馬蹄餅家人都讚!
士多啤梨生炒骨: 連長期節食的細佬都一路說, 好肥但真係好好吃!!!
砵酒蠔: 太好味啦!!! 蠔大隻. 砵酒甜又不搶蠔味. 相輔相成
海蜇手撕雞: 相比之下, 普通一點. 重沙薑味. 又不太油.
總結: 我要翻兜再來... 掃哂成份menu!
