今日去咗食呢間嘅紅磡Omakase, 我覺得雖然有啲貴,但係有特別日子慶祝嘅話係值得去嘅。舖頭裏面有大概16個位,但係全部滿座。佢嘅晚餐係分$1680 同 $2080 每位。今日我哋揀咗$2080個晚餐。基本上佢嘅 appetizers 係全部都好出色, 全部都好值得推介。壽司八件正常發揮⭕️北海道毛蟹配十年熟成黑酢啫喱 -😍😍毛蟹🦀🦀🦀本身好矜貴嘅食材配上酸酸美味的啫喱,成個開胃菜好醒神,即刻好fresh. ⭕️冨山縣冰見寒鰤魚刺身- 🐟🐟呢個呢個口味清淡啲,但係好鮮甜。⭕️汁燒青森縣真鱈魚白子- 外面煮得香脆脆裏面好滑。⭕️北海道鮟鰊魚肝配自家製醬汁- 口感軟滑,個醬汁亦都好鮮甜。⭕️和風慢煮北海道活八爪魚 -🐙據說師傅有幫佢按摩一個小時😂😂,再慢煮。🐙🐙個感覺其實都幾軟滑。⭕️佐賀海苔配北海道馬冀海膽 黑松露- 呢個係推介嘅重中之重。我諗應該係舖頭嘅招牌菜,海膽鮮甜配上黑松露 (個底有薄脆包住)個口感非常豐富,絕對推介,

😍😍毛蟹🦀🦀🦀本身好矜貴嘅食材
配上酸酸美味的啫喱,成個開胃菜好醒神,即刻好fresh.


⭕️冨山縣冰見寒鰤魚刺身- 🐟🐟呢個呢個口味清淡啲,但係好鮮甜。


⭕️汁燒青森縣真鱈魚白子- 外面煮得香脆脆
裏面好滑。

口感軟滑,個醬汁亦都好鮮甜。
