To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日第一次響入素食晏，成班同事叫左唔同食物，有海南雞飯，涼瓜蓮藕，吉列豬扒，乳豬，漢堡包等。全部賣相都好靚仲好好食。海南雞係用腐皮整，仲有像真度好高嘅雞皮，成碟飯幾可亂真。加埋薑蓉食實在太好味喇乳豬嘅皮非常惹味，香脆度同真嘅非常接近。素湯亦非常出色，我好鍾意香菇嘅味，非常鮮香。成班同事掛住傾同食都唔記得左影食物相。整間餐廳環境光鮮舒適，座位距離適中，活力十足。多謝職員好幫手同埋唔怪我地多多要求。一定會再到訪。
