早幾天我同朋友去了銅鑼灣新開的綠茶餐廳吃午飯。當打開升降機門時,看到一位少女正在現場彈奏古箏,真是讓我驚喜萬分環境是新中式又有古典味龍井烤雞~這道菜的底盤上放著龍井茶葉,淡淡茶香撲鼻而來。金黃色的外表讓人垂涎,輕輕撕開烤雞翼,皮酥脆不油膩,肉質嫩滑,真是好吃到不得了!江南熏魚~這道菜的魚肉肥厚酥脆,醬汁濃郁,不會太甜膩,非常適合配白飯粉絲裹蝦~這道菜是在客人的餐桌上即場煮,大約10分鐘就熟了。粉絲和洋蔥一定要包著蝦一起吃,這樣粉絲能吸收蝦和蒜蓉的香味。黑松露牛肉炒飯~吃前一定拌勻才突顯黑松露的獨特風味。總括來講,環境舒適、雖然甜品漏單,吃不到出名的麵包誘惑,但都會再來一次!
