To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完HKU做嘢，順路行落西營盤搵食。周記門口都排多幾個人。決定排埋一份，會一會依個邪惡奶皇流沙西多士😍店面不大，十個有八個都食緊流沙西多士。除咗西多士，仲有其他點心。最後叫咗4樣。奶皇流沙西多士 ($30)XO醬炒腸粉 ($36)芝麻蝦多士 ($38)鴛鴦燒賣(黑松露&蟹籽) ($26)😋奶皇流沙西多士 ($30)色香味齊晒，夠晒邪惡。切開嗰下啲奶皇流晒出嚟，好誘人。好香蛋黃味，不過略為甜咗少少，同埋個流沙略為稀咗少少，如果杰少少，沾埋個包就perfect. XO醬炒腸粉 ($36)好惹味，雖然係炒腸粉，但係唔會油膩。芝麻蝦多士 ($38)多士中間夾住滿滿的蝦肉，好飽滿，咬落有點彈牙。多士沾滿芝麻，好香，好滋味，令人食唔停口。依個好有驚喜。鴛鴦燒賣(黑松露&蟹籽) ($26)一口一件剛剛好。燒賣好足料。反而芝麻蝦多士有驚喜，其他就不過不失。
