行過九龍城有時都未必一定要食泰菜,除左泰菜一樣有其他既選擇.今次經過獅子石道既街頭見到呢間川菜店就入左去試試.泡椒蜆肉燃麵第一次見到燃麵呢款麵,好奇心既驅使下就點左黎試試.同預其中既湯麵唔同,原麵係一款半湯半撈既麵,用上青紅辣椒,蒜蓉同蜆肉打成茨汁再放上已煮熟既麵底上.味道帶點青椒既香辣感,加上蒜味香濃,蜆肉夠鮮得黎又無沙,好惹味.因為係茨汁所以更容易掛係湯麵上,令麵條更入味.酸菜魚以迷你沙鍋上,底下以酸菜同芽菜做底,酸菜味香夠濃而且唔會過酸.湯底有晒酸菜既酸香味及魚片鮮味.魚片薄身帶脆口感,內有少少魚骨所以要小心食,餐廳亦好細心地係餐牌上提示有骨.川汁皮蛋皮蛋雖然切成一各1/4顆但每顆都好大粒,睇得出原隻皮蛋係有幾有隻.本來以為川汁係會有紅辣油係本上,上到枱換黎既係啡色既芝麻醬汁.放一顆皮蛋連芝麻醬入口先發現驚喜,原來川辣汁一早已經融和左係麻醬內,一食先有芝麻醬濃密既麻香味,慢慢再細嚼換黎既係川味麻辣香.
