To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實很少喝珍奶，怕肥死。但路過常常看到，天仁小店有人圍…「唔使錢咩？」心裡萌生新鮮念頭，找天試試。找天就是今天。趁人少少，幫襯買杯鮮奶綠。等了約10分鐘，奶茶到手。上手是冰冰的；入口是淡淡的。心想還是回家才喝吧！好細細品嚐這人龍店的名物。回到家，啜一口，再啜一口…天呀！其實，是蠻失望的，一點點綠茶的味道也沒有，已經是75%甜，卻那麽的淡口。壽星公煉乳沖水也比她好喝，喝了一半便想放棄，當水喝完。人龍呀人龍，你排啥隊？到百佳，買罐煉乳吧！傻女。驚為天仁，吃驚的驚。
