今日去咗尖沙咀參加完seminar諗緊晚餐食咩好嘅時候,剛好經過K11 附近嘅麼地道發現新開咗間土耳其餐廳,反正未諗到食咩就不如試下新野啦😆雖然小店店面唔大但勝在食物種類選擇都唔少,重點係店長超好客又親切仲會主動介紹必食之選👍🏻👍🏻小妹最後揀咗轉轉燒羊肉卷加轉轉燒雞肉飯,同埋店長推薦嘅土耳其宮廷第一甜點Baklava 食土耳其菜又點可以唔食kebab ,雖然一個Lamb doner kebab 要$88 都唔算平但係佢完全係足料好重手,卡巴卷包住大量沙律菜🥗紫洋蔥同蕃茄等,主角轉轉羊肉片塞滿整個卡巴卷,羊肉燒完後有少少脆身好軟稔,有羊膻味但唔算過份,建議可以配上辣辣地嘅沙律醬一齊食更加滋味😋另一款叫咗轉轉雞肉配飯,份量絕不手軟,滿滿一盒鋪滿哂燒雞肉絲完全睇唔到下層嘅飯,仲有埋沙律🥗咁豐富都係$68,性價比高。最後仲試埋飯後甜品Baklava,甜品控就一定要試下,層層酥皮唔係脆身反而係塗滿蜜糖,中間仲包裹住堅果碎,而味道就係偏甜嘅🍯🍯
