To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落雨濕淋淋我地係海光街揀左間馬來西亞菜食野以前食過喇沙今次見餐牌出左川菜新菜式招牌沸騰魚端上來的時候已經香氣撲鼻,,湯底用上多種唔同既辣椒,味道鮮甜,而且夠哂辣度同麻辣,加埋有酸菜,菇等既配料,魚肉嫩滑新鮮,魚肉份量到唔少,兩個人吃都足夠霸王辣子雞用左好多紅辣椒乾、花椒香味十足,辣子雞炒得極香口脆卜卜,很惹味,雞丁仲要連埋雞皮愈食愈停唔到口最岩無辣不歡既朋友黑蒜煎牛柳粒煎牛柳粒香氣逼人，牛柳肉汁豐富,配搭夠哂特別既黑蒜醬,味道好夾,香濃美味
