這天和男朋友在銅鑼灣逛街,逛得有點累了,想找個地方休息和吃點小食。於是我㫓來到了著名的居酒屋南蛮亭來。店內環境幽暗寧靜,很適合談天。我們點了很多食物,包括:新鮮菜條,燒羊皮串,燒牛肋肉,雞肉釀冬菇,大蔥豬腩串,燒大腸,南蛮炸雞,明太子燒飯團,和一杯燒酎雞尾酒。新鮮菜條我們點菜前店員送來的,原本以為是免費但埋單時才知道要$22。椰菜、青瓜條和紅蘿蔔條新鮮爽口,沾麵豉醬吃令其增加了甜甜咸咸的味道。燒牛肋肉牛肉燒得半生熟,加了燒汁所以味道更香濃,有少許蒜頭味令牛肉味更突出。雞肉釀冬菇冬菇滑溜,不會乾。雞是免治雞肉,但沒什麼味道。沾了麵豉醬可以增加味道。大蔥豬腩串豬腩肉很香,脂肪的部分燒得有點香脆,大蔥爽口。燒大腸表皮燒很香脆,內裡保持彈牙,口感很有層次感,有內臟濃郁的香味但沒有腥味。燒羊皮串口感彈牙,羊肉味香濃而不羶,皮下脂肪油而不膩,燒的時候加了七味粉所以有點香辣的味道。南蛮炸雞雞炸得外脆內軟,雞肉很JUICY,醬汁酸酸甜甜的,令人胃口大開。明太子燒飯團飯團表面燒得很香脆,不過不太能吃到明太子的味道,整體燒得有點太乾了。燒酎雞尾酒我們點了菠蘿味的,酒味較淡,菠蘿味香甜,酒量不太好的朋友們也
