天草,日本熊本縣內的一個漁米之鄉,出產之天空吞拿魚在完全零水銀、零污 染的環境下飼養,獨有的天草大王雞更達半個人身高,重達九公斤,熊本黑毛和牛更屢獲殊榮,而其他農產品品質下亦很出眾。最近在銅鑼灣有一間新近開業的日式食市,以來自天草的食材為主打,務求將其優質食材介紹予一衆好食之徒。得知該店剛剛開始營業,今天中午便約了一班為食朋友,率先試一下這新開食店。餐廳位處於新建成的商廈內,裝修簡潔舒適,以四人坐為主,開放式廚房讓客人盡覽廚師們即席為客人打造美食的雄姿,餐廳外還有露天露台,讓客人唞唞氣之餘,亦能飽覽銅鑼灣的街景。入座後和朋友商量一會,便決定豪一下來一頓日式海鮮盛宴。海膽刺身,店員將處理好的紫海膽端上來時,單看賣相已感到十分新鮮,五瓣海膽色澤鮮黃,在殼內嬌豔欲滴,以匙子取出海膽,不加調味直接放入口,鮮味立即在口內瞬間爆發,鮮甜味美,加上小許Wasabi和醬油調味,更能帶出淡淡的海洋氣息。鰹魚藁燒 $128,原塊鰹魚在餐廳室外露台以特有禾草燒成半生熟,外皮微焦滲出淡淡禾草香和鰹魚香,內裡嫣紅軟嫩,由於大廚只加了少許鹽調味,所以完全能吃出魚的原汁原味,加上少許青檸汁更覺清新。熊本蕃薯煙豚 $

縱觀多道菜式質素都不俗,食材及做法尤其獨特新鮮,味道出色之餘賣相亦很精緻,店員招待亦很親切到位,相信不久將來定能成為銅鑼灣的另一日食焦點,筆者慶幸能及早來吃,遲了恐防又要輪候訂座了。
