To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蒸海鮮你地有無試過呀,今次試左銅鑼灣蟹仙,我試過有幾間蒸海鮮係用平價貨既,當然價錢都係三百尾四百蚊咁,如果你想食好d既,蟹仙佢地就用既都係高品質海鮮。今次我就揀左$449最平0個個套餐,最驚喜既居然係隻青口,平時青口就食得多感覺係一d平價海鮮來,食落去又乾又柴,但蟹仙係用左大西洋青口,口感完全係升左幾班,食落去口感飽滿彈牙,海水味濃,好似食左隻珍珠蠔咁,可以話係我食過既青口最好食既。另外套餐裡有一隻蟹一隻澳洲龍蝦,蟹係爆膏既奄仔蟹,奄仔蟹其實係未經交配的處女蟹 ,生於鹹淡水交界處 .生長期約 3-4 個月 ,由於仍是幼蟹 , 肉質比大大隻的膏蟹嫩好多. 蟹膏都幾多,雌蟹既蟹膏口感軟身比雄蟹既硬身蟹膏香口。澳龍都係多膏,直接從魚缸攞出嚟,絕對新鮮,size 大概手掌咁大赤蝦老實講應該属於冰鮮貨,肉質唔算特別嫩口,但係有上赤蝦,蝦身大隻,蝦頭比其他蝦鮮味另外仲有鮑魚、刀貝、月亮貝、同埋珍珠蠔$449呢個價錢,絕對值回票價
