To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小人上午於中環工作完,友人特意到來同吃午餐。我們去了一間社企的法菜餐廳。雖云社企,卻是不落俗套,有格調夠高級,一餐有齊前菜主菜甜品,周全至極。我們都選擇了龍蝦粟米湯碗煙燻甜椒及爆谷,但實在太甜,麥當當的小龍蝦湯更為夠味。主菜就對辦得多了。紅酒燴牛肋條炆得腍軟,牛肋條跟紅酒本是絕配,那有得輸!配上的黃薑燕麥飯一點都不糊,撈些紅酒汁,又一超凡好吃,友人吃至一粒不漏!緬因州龍蝦意粉,通常龍蝦都是來自波士頓的,緬因州的又如何?一咬之下,即時嚐到舌尖上的新鮮,龍蝦味在口腔內螢繞,龍蝦竟是這樣的鮮美!意粉帶微微蒜香,煮得通透恰好,趁上白酒忌廉汁簡直相得益彰。甜品的意大利芝士餅不過不失。想也沒想過社企都做出如此精彩的法國菜,正到暈!

主菜就對辦得多了。紅酒燴牛肋條炆得腍軟,牛肋條跟紅酒本是絕配,那有得輸!配上的黃薑燕麥飯一點都不糊,撈些紅酒汁,又一超凡好吃,友人吃至一粒不漏!
