最近睇到一位偶像食評家推介私房西餐廳「A La Umai」,所以就襯情人週三有空,兩口子就走咗去撐枱腳 。餐店隱藏喺天后一幢商廈內,幸好大廈正門旁放置咗個易拉架,地點一啲都唔難搵。身處於二十五樓,店子亦懂得好好裝上落地玻璃窗,好等食客觀賞靚景 。廣告牌所示,有煙花睇o既節慶日子晚市套餐每位$728 + 10%。散座擺位全為二人枱,似乎黎幫襯o既都係情侶居多。柔和o既燈光照出半透明o既花邊餐碟及整潔閃亮o既餐具 ,高雅大方。中央一束小鮮花簡單添上情調。就連餐桌上o既黑白椒鹽都要黎個深情擁抱 ,羅曼蒂克o既氣氛彷彿已籠罩住整間餐室。既然環境咁正,honey決定棄選晚市套餐,要一試魚生拼盤及龍蝦主菜。 落好單,友善有禮o既姐姐即換上合適o既餐具,筷子仲用襯托返刀叉o既銀色,店主明顯對餐飲禮儀十分講究 。廚房準備食物需時,服務生先呈上麵包籃及牛油。熱烘烘o既麵包非常暖手,而且皮脆包鬆軟。刺身拼盤($298):拼盤包有四件三文魚、兩隻珍寶牡丹蝦連炸好o既蝦頭、及兩隻一開為二o既帶子,屬二人份量。三文魚鮮甜肥美,帶子幼嫩滑溜,牡丹蝦亦爽厚甜滑。金黃色o既牡丹蝦頭勁多膏,香脆豐厚惹味,
