To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 去到元朗返工,唔太熟周圍有咩食,又好想食壽司,就搵下附近有咩日式餐廳,之後就入左呢間度食午餐。一個人食搭枱唔洗等位,入到去地下有吧枱,樓上再有坐位,都幾乎坐滿。環境都幾有日式居酒屋Feel,夜晚會想坐係度慢慢飲酒傾計。餐牌既午市定食,價錢同款色都好吸引,但由於我好想食壽司,所以揀左壽司定食. 梅 Bai,入面有我鍾意既油甘魚、鱆紅魚、魷魚。幾近坐滿黎講,上菜速度都算好快。首先黎既係麵豉湯,有三文魚肉、豆腐、蘿蔔片。麵豉湯黎講味道算係偏甜。個人鍾意食湯入面既豆腐、蘿蔔同三文魚肉,幾開胃。再來就係好細既沙律,無乜特別。湯差唔多飲完既時候就上茶碗蒸同壽司速度都好快。茶碗蒸做得唔錯,蛋夠滑味道啱啱好,而且夠熱。到主菜壽司,我認為除左海鮮夠唔夠新鮮最重要就係壽司飯。呢間店既飯做得幾好,夾落去唔會好易散開,唔會同刺身還刺身,飯還飯。唔會點完豉油就散左,亦都唔會太實太硬,好似食緊擦膠咁。另外就係飯既味道,壽司醋既份量都適當,有味道得黎唔會太酸,就算唔點豉油就可以就咁食。重有我會睇一間店既Wasabi 係用粉溝定係磨出黎,用粉溝會一Pat野好似醬咁,磨出黎會明顯見到植物既纖維,佢地係磨出黎既,而且都夠

壽司上面既刺身,全部刺身都新鮮。三文魚屬於正常水準,因為唔係腩,唔會話特別肥美。想特別講既係赤身、油甘魚、鱆紅魚。我個人係好怕食赤身,因為香港好多地方既赤身都好腥,食到我會即刻吐返出來,會想嘔。佢既赤身放得入口,而且幾香,唔腥。油甘魚、鱆紅魚、帶子都好鮮甜,配埋啱味既壽司飯真係好好味!好滿足!
