次次經過漆咸道都經過啲間放題店,見到大大個橫額好吸引,今日終於忍唔住試吓😆餐廳賣點係日式放題之餘仲可以做埋燒肉放題,一個價錢兩種體驗,平日星期一至四6點至8點只係$308,真係抵到爛!落單仲係好old school 用紙仔,不過侍應反應非常快,而且上菜速度都好快,基本上由落單到上枱都只係幾分鐘,所以建議大家一次唔洗叫咁多。先來個結論:啲餐係好抵食,食物款式非常多樣化,而且質素對得住個價格有餘,比我預期中好好多。刺生唔錯,款式夠多亦夠冰凍新鮮;燒肉類嘅質素都非常滿意,醃製味道適宜,而且唔會過咸有肉味,其中牛肉更是驚喜位,肉質軟淋而牛味濃郁,好過好多燒肉放題店。任食攻略:又要食日式放題又要食燒肉,款式又多其實試唔晒,兩個鐘唔係好夠用,所以建議只點一啲人氣食物,同埋一啲飽肚嘅食物(如天婦羅),唔洗一人一份,2個人試一件就夠。為咗控制成本,啲燒肉(牛豬)切得比較薄,所以要好好控制時間,燒肉好唔好食其實都好講廚藝😆過熟就會變靭鞋口唔好食。例如牛肉,中火每邊燒15秒就足夠,就可以保持肉嫩多汁。另外個爐係用咗一次性網格,比較幼細,所以就算切得薄都唔會痴住爛晒。沙律:肉鬆蟹籽沙律 - 肉鬆加上沙律又幾

整體都可以,米飯比較軟淋,口感一般,而且好飽肚所以唔建議食太多。七味燒三文壽司幾好味,松露醬大蝦壽司都唔錯好香松露味。

雞牛豬都好食,醃製做得好,種類款式多,味道都好好,好過好多燒肉放題,絕對有驚喜。其中牛肉係勁好食,聲稱係和牛,而事實又真係好有牛味,而且雪花均勻,啲樣要重點攻擊😆😆 絕對推薦⭐️⭐️⭐️
豚后肉⭐️又係好正,不過要注意燒嘅時間,因為切得較薄會容易過熟。
