To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從疫情開始都無去打邊爐,通常打邊爐都要約埋三五知己去烚下烚下,但上星期中午去左位於北角匯既牛牛火鍋日式放題,無論食物質素、衛生環境、食物選擇、價格等等都非常好,絕對推介而家響限聚底下既餐廳。午餐有60分鐘同90分鐘選擇,我地就擇左$178既90分鐘美國頂級牛肉放題套餐,包括任點兩款牛肉、一款豬肉和一款羊肉;每人一鍋,非常衞生,同時亦可以揀自己喜歡既湯底。湯底有六款選擇,我哋唔食辣,所以一個點豬骨鍋,另一個點秘見鍋,雖然湯底唔算濃郁,但越食越入味。除咗四款任點肉類,以自助形式有多款蔬菜、丸、芝士腸等等的火鍋配料,非常多選擇。肉既質素非常高,每塊肉既脂肪分佈平均,牛肉豬肉羊肉每款都好味,而頂級牛比起特級牛明顯係較為高質素。食完火鍋更係要食埋甜品,有高質素既movenpick雪糕,同埋Oreo雪條,兩款都要留肚食,真係值回票價。
