To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太子南花園街眾多餐廳中，「紅橋」是性價比中數一數二的一間。這天與家人及兒子來，兩個餐三個人食，滿載而歸。我點了芝士牛肉焗飯，芝士味濃，少少芥末汁很惹味，牛肉夠腍，令肚餓的我很滿意。兩個餐也跟磨菇湯，不是純白色無味那種，絕對交足貨。飲品加10元有紅荳冰，大家見圖，紅豆冰的杯是橢圓形，具特色見心思。我的涷啡也沒欺場。家人叫的蛋包飯伴著豬扒也很大塊，這價錢是新世紀廣場的food court，只換來蛋包飯，沒有豬扒。最後讚讚地方的冷氣很夠，整體環境也很企理，管理人員有心做食肆，值得支持。
