很久沒有在香港吃Fine dining， 這間餐廳完全超出期望。點了九道菜，每道菜都非常出色，一向不喜歡甜品的我都十分滿意這間的甜品，加上今天星期一，只有3枱顧客，服務及關注度做到101分。尤其出色的一道菜就是龍蝦，肉質軟棉剛好，加上海胆伴襯，味道好得不知怎形容。主菜選 了乳鴿，慢煮方式，肉質juicy, 配上burgundy 紅酒十分出色。而且在wine list 點酒算是便宜沒很多markup，靚景+靚裝修+好味道食物+合理價錢紅酒+温暖服務，這種體驗加上這價錢，簡直是性價比之選。
