To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

高手如林的深水埗,永遠有驚喜。簡單地道的雞絲碗仔翅($20),配上紅醋、麻油、胡椒粉,勾起40年前的街邊味道。椰菜餃的極致在乎椰菜的爽甜,火候剛好。韭菜餃的蝦米馬蹄配搭出繽紛口感(8隻鴛鴦餃$38)。再加上生煎的外皮,外脆內爽,叫人拜伏。低調本地薑,絕不輸俾旁邊的星、越、泰過江龍。親切的服務,令人留下深刻印象,幾位香港淑女,溫文爾雅,中和了深水埗的麻甩粗豪,好似返到屋企。另一番香港人情味。後生仔不妨多來,感受下香港昔日人情與味道。
