平時食開嘅潮州菜,環境及菜式嘅賣相普遍都一般,而呢間主打精緻新派潮州菜,將菜式融合傳統與創新,令人期待😍先送上茶水及鹹酸菜,鹹酸菜頗為爽口、解膩菠菜蟹肉羹,下面有個火熱住,可以keep住個溫度,菠菜碎配上蟹肉,十分鮮甜,好飲!蘿蔔廣章,一款潮汕特色美食,以蘿蔔絲及臘味為主,有少少似煎香咗嘅蘿蔔糕,但口感更為煙韌香口,配搭少少辣椒醬更惹味!獅頭鵝件,算係潮州菜必點菜式之一!有鵝件及豆腐,滷水汁香濃入味,鵝件肉嫩鵝味重,比一般滷水鵝係好食啲~低溫慢煮沙茶牛肋,賣相十分精緻!沙茶醬滲入牛肋加上經過低溫慢煮,肉質更為軟嫩,入口即化,好似食緊A5和牛😂沙茶玉蘭牛肉炒河,用上潮州玉蘭牛肉,肉質鮮嫩,牛味香濃😋每一條河粉都沾滿甜甜地沙茶醬,惹味!清炒芥蘭,口感爽脆,簡單加少少薑蓉醬油清炒,已經唔錯~
