四人約午飯,又有機會試新嘢,於是在開飯Book 位唔使煩⋯⋯原先諗住有午餐選擇,這裡有一個點心放題,每位$268, 可以任食主食及甜品,看完餐牌,大家都覺未算吸引⋯⋯先來前菜,咸酸菜好味醒胃。椒鹽白飯魚$88~這個作為下酒小吃一流。蘿蔔絲酥$88~好吃,但以這價錢三粒蘿蔔絲酥,有點貴。XO醬魚雞粒炒飯$108~這個炒飯熱騰騰一讚,拍照時都看到慕煙獅頭鵝件$238~咸蛋黃墨魚燒賣$68~這種配搭,筆者反而覺得傳統的比較受落潮州粉果$48~香煎雙面黃$168.~食到一半才記得拍照⋯⋯綠豆清心丸$48~整體來說整體食物好吃,但以中午時段來說,大家都覺得扁貴,以同區來說,有更多選擇。 continue reading

身為潮州人,要搵一間非常之地道嘅潮州菜式真係搵咗20年!今日發現咗呢一間位於iSquare嘅潮式餐廳,可以話媲美正宗潮汕嘅風味。👍🏻五小福如果想品嚐潮州嘅小食,呢個拼盤已經可以滿足到你嘅需要,一共五款:潮式炸粿肉、酒香醉鮑魚、椒麻糖心帶子串茄核桃沙律、話梅涼瓜!甜酸辣三種味覺都觸及得到,最印象深刻嘅肯定係綠色嘅椒麻醬搭配鮮甜嘅帶子,味道新穎帶刺激感;蕃茄多汁;鮑魚酒味清香,口感爽彈!👍🏻椒鹽白飯魚另一款潮州菜必點,白飯魚酥炸得不油膩,鹹香適中👍🏻潮州翅誠意爆棚,翅量夠多,翅身較粗,燉煮得非常入味,入口夠稠夠綿亦夠滑,湯汁亦濃似膠,滿滿嘅骨膠原,欣賞底部亦都有明火確保溫度。自己亦都可以隨意加入芫荽同埋香醋。👍🏻翡翠黃魚扒翠綠嘅蔬菜汁味道天然,感覺特別健康,黃魚扒煎香口脆身,底部放上蘆筍墊高魚肉,避免咗過於濕潤嘅情況!👍🏻獅頭鵝肉潮州菜點可以冇鵝肉?鵝肉皮薄肉嫩,滷水醇厚嘅滋味早已滲透係肉質之內,底部嘅豆腐亦都夠厚夠滑!👍🏻方魚芥蘭炒芥蘭最重要係多油先夠香,餐廳加入咗方魚作為鹹香嘅調味,口感脆嫩無渣,亦冇一般芥蘭常見嘅苦澀味,居然炒菜都可以咁出色!👍🏻層出不窮作為餐廳嘅招牌炒飯,當然有返咁上下嘅鑊氣,一上枱米飯堆砌得一層一層,食落蛋味出眾,蔥花極香,裏面更加有芋頭粒、炸咗嘅瑤柱絲,真係忍唔住食完一啖又一啖!👍🏻晶瑩桂花糕淨係個外表都已經贏晒,滿滿嘅桂花花瓣,食落清新唔甜膩~ continue reading

24年9月28號晚飯。因為我們4人都想食潮州嘢,最後找到這家有”一面倒好評”的潮藝館。首先,此處地方不大,安排了一個角落位置給我們。檯面大,但問題是冷氣角度不是吹向人便是檯面。人不舒服連食物也很快冷。有關食物,鵝件只有連大量脂肪的皮,肉只有2-3成。份量也少。這鵝件跟本不應該拿給客人。馬有(凍魚)上來時也驚嘆。因為原以為是一條,但見到的是去骨了的6件(應該半條份量)。味道是可以,但已價錢來說,份量也少。蠔仔粥一窩,情況也差不多,份量少,只夠5-6碗。其他芥蘭與金磚豆腐價錢不高,正常水平。這家餐廳兩大問題:在評論中,它們有一面倒的好評,這是絕對與我們經歷不符。此外,性價比低,同樣價錢,食物的份量會明顯多。有點受騙的感覺。 continue reading
