難得豪氣!先講少少,自己日本蟹就食過好多款,老實講毛蟹(今餐主角之一!)都係第一次有機會試下,原來毛蟹係一年四季食都鮮味多肉,只係唔同時間會有唔同食法,如果係天氣凍時會多的蟹膏,而夏天係毛蟹產卵期會特別肥美,所以大家唔需要同食其他蟹咁考慮係咪當造先黎食呢個問題。呢間餐廳有唔同既日本料理既,如刺身、串燒同shabushabu等,再配以其他唔同級別既和牛、黑豚肉或海鮮,如果你都唔知自己想食咩可以叫:“OMAKASE”(日文意思廚師發辦)。而最後我唔係咁想食甘多都係海鮮,於是就叫左北海道活毛蟹加鹿兒島黑豚火鍋二人餐。係黎到餐廳之前完全冇諗過食毛蟹,我都係返到屋企上網睇先知四季食都可以餐廳內唔少係吧枱,一人一鍋。刺身櫃係食火鍋前有個前菜,見到就諗起可以用黎玩食物BINGO(睇得多綜藝,哈哈),。可以講前菜絕不馬虎,擺得靚靚,睇見都想食!每一樣食物都適合做開胃小食,各式口感、味道、酸酸甜甜都有,比較喜歡放中間既魚同海帶,都係好有口感。魚湯湯底一人一鍋,衛生、方便,又可以揀自己鍾意既湯底好香魚味,同好濃,好似呀媽煲果啲湯!到食火鍋時有種不知從何入手既感覺,好彩店員好好人,佢每樣講少少,例如黑豚肉唔

魚湯湯底
一人一鍋,衛生、方便,又可以揀自己鍾意既湯底
好香魚味,同好濃,好似呀媽煲果啲湯!

到食火鍋時有種不知從何入手既感覺,好彩店員好好人,佢每樣講少少,例如黑豚肉唔好放超過十秒,果然,肉質好有彈性,一啲都唔韌。唔洗點醬都好有肉味,食落口時啖啖肉既感覺好正。

而今次主角毛蟹,黎到時真係嘩一聲,好大只,而且隻蟹肉質嫩滑,好新鮮,比想像中多肉。蟹殻好薄好似透明咁,蟹肉真係同最近食大閘蟹既口感完全唔同,比較滑,鮮甜,建議唔點醬直接食先食到蟹肉本身味道。


餐廳會幫手處理好蟹殻,切開晒,到你食時非常方便,當然我挖蟹肉都好易同好乾淨。

最後,聽店員講將蟹蓋連蟹膏再放烏冬一齊煮,咁樣烏冬索晒湯底味道非常好味。

唔太甜,奶凍滑溜,紅豆棉,以呢個作為今餐既完結!
