我作為火鍋控真係一年四季都唔介意打邊爐特別係依家天氣咁凍如果可以食麻辣火鍋就更好喇😂 湊湊火鍋係來自台灣嘅品牌裝修有格調而且間格分明每枱都有屬於自己嘅空間私隱度高👍🏻 店員非常細心逐一介紹餐廳嘅各個角落就連個menu都整到成本雜誌咁完全感受到滿滿嘅誠意🥰 .湯底同火鍋配料選擇多台式麻辣鍋味道恰到好處食落惹味得嚟又唔會辣到噴火超正🤩!! 反而紅顔花膠雞鍋就有啲比下去味道欠缺雞味口感係稠糊的湯羹感覺好難避免有痴底嘅程況😕 火鍋配料方面跟餐嘅兩份牛肉都有清晰雪花口感軟嫩鮑魚新鮮有咬口墨魚滑亦非常爽口我額外叫咗份貢丸咬落仲好juicy😋 飲品方面除咗啲特色茶飲仲有冰凍台灣啤酒添呀🤪
