To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我對今日食嘅嘢好滿意😍雖然唔多,但都好想推介比大家試試 。新加坡炒飯:配搭串燒,荷包蛋,鮮蝦嘅一個炒飯。* 口感方面:飯粒炒到剛剛好,不太軟爛不太乾硬* 調味方面:咸香適中,唔會太油膩,可以突出食材的原味* 分量方面:適中,兩個人食嘅分量剛剛好但成碟飯我最鍾意嘅竟然係炸蝦餅🤣🤣🤣炒蘿蔔糕:* 似fusion菜,粵式點心加新加坡煮法* 口感方面:蘿蔔糕外脆內軟嫩,整體口感層次極豐富。* 調味方面:唔會過分重口味,突出了蘿蔔的清甜蘿蔔糕都係一味飽肚餸菜食完上面兩樣我同朋友都勁飽🤣🤣所以最後叫咗個勁開胃嘅飲品🍸
