To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 上星期坐早上機到台灣, 搞好check in 手續後, 同事建議到翠華吃早餐. 禁區外的翠華佔地不少, 裝修比起禁區內翠華的food court格局高檔得多, 坐位闊落, 坐起來也很舒適. 餐牌上的早餐選擇不多, 只有ABC餐, 奶油豬和麥片散叫有優惠.本來只想吃個招牌奶油豬和奶茶, 但落單時侍應大姐說"你點呢兩樣夾埋都三十蚊, 不如俾多幾蚊多碟沙嗲牛麵食啦!". 事實的確如此, 所以最後都是點了份B餐, 而同事們也分別點了ABC餐.一如餐牌所見, A和C餐都是牛角酥, 分別只是在煎蛋和炒蛋, 以及雪菜肉絲米和仿鮑魚火腿絲通粉. 我沒有試吃, 不過據同事說, 牛角酥香脆而不油膩, 雪菜肉絲米也不俗, 不過仿鮑魚火腿絲通粉就吃不到鮑魚味或鮑魚絲, 比較失望.B餐和A,C餐有明顯的分別, 首先是牛油豬仔配炒蛋.一個小小的豬仔包, 中間切開, 塗上牛油. 豬仔包的大小比平常單點的奶油豬細小很多, 拿上手不熱, 而且香脆程度也有所不及, 但牛油份量尚可, 而且也滲入豬仔包內, 所以仍然尚可.至於炒蛋, 不可說它差, 因為的確比普通茶記的出品為佳, 而且也有蛋汁. 不過個人認為炒得有點老, 不夠

一個小小的豬仔包, 中間切開, 塗上牛油. 豬仔包的大小比平常單點的奶油豬細小很多, 拿上手不熱, 而且香脆程度也有所不及, 但牛油份量尚可, 而且也滲入豬仔包內, 所以仍然尚可.

至於炒蛋, 不可說它差, 因為的確比普通茶記的出品為佳, 而且也有蛋汁. 不過個人認為炒得有點老, 不夠滑, 品質也及不上華星和澳牛. 至於店家強調用無公害雞蛋, 倒吃不出與一般的蛋有甚麼分別.

沙嗲牛肉湯麵, 餐牌標明是用即食麵, 味道像大光麵, 入口爽身, 浸久了也不易變腍. 沙嗲醬味道濃郁而夠杰, 正正就是小時候在茶餐廳吃到的那種沙嗲牛肉味! 牛肉份量頗多, 切的得較大片, 入口不韌, 可能是因為沙嗲味濃郁, 所以吃不出有雪味.

雖然我們點的早餐不同, 但餐茶都不約而同地點了熱奶茶. 上枱時, 禁不住"嘩"了一聲, 因為這個盛裝奶茶的瓦杯實在太可愛啦, 真是一個驚喜! 至於奶茶方面, 色澤對板, 茶底也頗濃, 不過奶味不足, 入口比較嚡身, 於是向侍應要求加點奶. 加奶後的奶茶, 茶味充足, 入口香滑, 不過如果店家在沖奶茶時可預先多加點奶, 不用客人要求就更佳.

服務方面, 侍應清一色屬大嬸輩, 雖然有禮, 但手腳較慢, 送食物上枱時也有點手忙腳亂; 而且也比較善忘. 我要求的加奶, 也要催了好幾次, 才有人端上一小杯奶來, 這方面大概也有進步的空間. 

今時今日百物騰貴, 吃一個早餐要接近四十元埋單, 在機場來說也不算很貴.
