平時嚟茶記都係食下午茶多,今次晚市過咗嚟四寶食堂,原來晚餐餐牌好多選擇,比一般茶餐廳更加西化。🌷香草白酒比吉打魚柳 配 蕃茄莎莎 及 意大利陳醋餐湯只有白湯,魚柳以蕃茄莎莎作汁料,食到蕃茄粒,伴菜揀咗炒雜菌同香烤西蘭花苗。另外加錢可配特飲,試咗鳳梨百香果冷泡高山烏龍,一邊飲一邊有鳳梨肉食,而茶膽用茶葉做,味道唔錯。 🌷百里香蒜香欖油炒春雞伴菜有德國薯仔沙律同埋粟米條。雖然係春雞,但份量都幾多,全雞斬開一半燒,外脆內軟,餐飲轉咗檸檬桂花蜜糖冰茶。最後,套餐可加配小食,加咗份奶醬多,麵包厚切,練奶加花生醬永遠都咁夾。🧸評分:🧸🧸🧸🧸 4/5
