To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

⭐️麻辣海參山竹果 $98 - 紫色及綠色酥皮,造型如山竹一樣。味道層次豐富,口感酥脆,海參餡料麻麻香香,少許辣,十分有創意。


🥠娘惹香辣鹹水角 $88 - 鹹水角做成細細個青蘋果般,仲有一片樹葉形薯片墊底,的骰可愛。酥皮煙韌微甜,調味用上娘惹醬汁,辣得有層次,風味特別。


🦞海苔龍蝦春卷 $168 - 龍蝦肉大大粒,鮮甜彈牙,成條春卷都十分飽滿紮實。海苔粉替春卷增添海洋鮮味。有別於一般春卷皮,呢款春卷用窩夫做外皮,所以特別脆,不過我覺得硬咗少少。


🐮錦繡球黑椒和牛酥 $138 - 和牛酥做成繡球型狀,黑色及金黃色酥皮相間,手功細緻。黑椒和牛餡料香辣惹味。


🦐筍尖蝦餃 $98 - 外型既晶瑩剔透又飽滿,唔多唔少,啱啱好13摺均勻嘅紋理,盡顯師傅手藝。咬一啖之後,有湯汁緩緩滲透出嚟,一個人食晒一籠都唔過分。


🦀蟹子鮮蝦燒賣 $98 - 有原隻鮮蝦,豬肉亦香滑,熱辣辣,係一隻傳統好食嘅燒賣。


🍚鮑粒鮮蝦福建炒飯 $368 - 如果有鴛鴦炒飯同福建炒飯俾我揀,我一定係揀鴛鴦炒飯。雖然兩個都係有芡汁嘅炒飯,不過我之前食到嘅福建炒飯個芡汁都只係似蠔油加生粉水,印象麻麻。但係今次潤嘅呢個福建炒飯,飯粒分明,乾身有鑊氣,芡汁濃稠剛好,材料新鮮,口感豐富,令我對呢一款炒飯有所改觀。


最後送上嘅甜品有🦋蝶豆花椰汁糕同💚開心果曲奇。蝶豆花椰汁糕顏色夢幻閃爍,椰汁味香濃之餘口感帶少少彈牙。開心果曲奇新鮮焗起,牛油味重,非常鬆化,我直頭想買一打返屋企食😋


總括嚟講,一分錢、一分貨,潤嘅價錢比一般酒樓高,不過食物質素、服務及環境全屬高水準。如果想食一餐稱心滿意嘅點心,我一定會選擇呢度💖
