早排聽朋友介紹,喺大角咀有間幾好食嘅泰國餐廳,咁啱又好近其中一個客嘅公司,於是揾咗日要上客公司攞嘢順便去試埋問泰國菜。餐廳裝修幾有feel,而且好旺,岀面睇唔岀入面咁旺。今次寫呢篇同平時寫嘅方式會有啲唔同,因為今次嗌咗好多碟嘢食,會嘗試每碟都講一講。首先係前菜「串燒沙嗲」同「燒波蘿」。串燒比想像中大,充滿肉汁,有兩款醬汁點,分別係泰式辣醬同沙嗲。跟住係三碟主菜「泰式辣椒膏炒花甲」、「飛天炒通菜」同埋「紅咖喱羊排骨」。花甲炒得好香口,有少少辣,咖哩反而唔係好辣,兩樣送飯簡直一流。最正嘅係個「冬蔭功海鮮湯」,咁我係一個唔係好食得辣嘅人,個湯我覺得幾辣,雖然好辣但係個湯味道好鮮甜。不過實在太辣,於是叫咗個椰青,幾清甜,解辣之後舒服好多。可惜太飽,如果唔係我會叫多個芒果糯米飯食。超飽,超滿足。
