Ricciola Giapponese $298, 油甘魚柳配雅枝竹,以魚露調味。油甘魚肉質肥美,由於油份比較豐富,煮熟後肉質軟滑有肉汁!雅枝竹味道獨特美味,蔬菜之王, 能養肝解酒;絕對是誠意之作。

羊架羊味甚濃,慢煮保持肉質軟熟,味道不錯。伴碟的椰菜、菇菌都烹製出色!菠菜打蓉做汁,有特色。至於糖化的洋蔥汁則非常惹味,甜滋滋的,惹人喜愛!

意大利傳統的杏仁朱古力蛋糕,用了杏仁粉取代一般的麵粉,再會配以糖霜或雪糕一起享用。
雪糕用了馬達加斯加盛產的雲呢拿作原材料,非常講究!
中間還有特濃的朱古力夾心,質感味道全是濃郁的朱古力味,令人心情特別愉快
