之前嚟大埔附近做野個陣已經留意到「一鳴拉麵」哩間日式拉麵小店,今日終於有機會可以初試美食。門面及店內都裝潢甚具和風味道,木製家具加上暖色柔和嘅燈光,真係好似去咗傳統日本拉麵店咁呀。講埋美食先,「一鳴」哩到嘅午餐有4款拉麵可供選擇,另外可加$20/$30轉成連小食貼飲品嘅套餐,性價比超高。我同友人就分別揀咗「黑蒜。鳴」同「香菜。鳴」拉麵🍜 「黑蒜。鳴」顧名思義就係黑蒜油豬骨濃湯拉麵,黑忟忟嘅湯底充滿香濃嘅黑蒜香氣,但又唔會搶過豬骨濃湯味道。小妹就揀咗直麵加豬軟骨做配料,豬軟骨細細粒咁而且煮得好稔好稔👍🏻「香菜。鳴」就係近排大熱嘅芫茜湯底,綠油油嘅豬骨湯底好吸晴,芫茜嘅清新可以中和番豬骨湯嘅油膩感,啱哂鍾意淡口味嘅友人。友人揀咗日式叉燒同曲麵,曲身麵條更能提高掛湯能力,每啖都掛滿芫茜香氣👍🏻兩款小食炸雞同日式煎餃我地都試咗,一客有4件可以開心share ,兩款小食都好唔錯,夠脆身但又可以保持肉汁唔會過份乾身👍🏻
